Please inspect the package on arrival and call us immediately if the part is damaged or there are any other issues with your package.
If we send you the wrong plug we will take it back and replace it with the right plug along with a return envelope at no cost to you.
If we send you the correct plug and you no longer need it for what ever reason there will be a 30% restocking fee plus our cost of shipping and your cost of shipping it back to us.
You will need to send the part back to us in it's original condition within 10 days of the invoice date. If you do not send the part back within 10 days of the invoice you will be charged the total amount of the invoice.
There are no refunds on any special order part.
